Ok, I’m chiming in again. I’m making my weekly chicken dinner again. Oh do I love this recipe! My 91 yo mom is in the hospital and she told me that when she gets to go home, she wants THIS chicken! So proud of you, my daughter is about to be 15 months old so is a year and a couple months old and really just adjusting to whole cooked meals after breastfeeding and purée food at 6 months. But as soon as I was pregnant I started to cook dinner every night I could. I’m now a stay at home mom and my man has loved how my cooking skills have evolved. I cook all my delicious juicy baked chicken like this with all my own recipes but I am cooking this right now with your seasonings. Only difference is I put a bit of butter under skin and rub seasoning under skin also. My husband told me yrs ago I’ve ruined chicken for him.
