Granted that French food is always amazing, be it from Paris or the regions! While my family is mainly Vietnamese, I grew up on regional French food from my French-Canadian aunts! But of course, don't forget that the best Chinese and Asian food in western Europe is found in France! As you might know, the "original" (as in, not the new) Chinese from France are the Teochow (Chaozhou), who often came from the Mekong regions of Cambodia and Vietnam. And they've made huge culinary and pop culture contributions (many celebs are Chinese-Cambodians, like François Chau, David Chour, and my friend who does commercials, Paul Kai Te) to French society. *Have fun over there, where all of us Asians are always as cool as you three are!*
