It got fixed thankfully, there’s still a few dust devil builds but now there’s more playstyles coming into the forefront. Rend. Bash. Call of the ancients. Thorns becoming godly

Barb, theory crafting. On both rings you can put on Ancients cool down of 43.5% , total of 87% cool down of an ultimate skill. As they are classed as pets/minions they get your stats. Stomp has a whopping great area of effect and damage output multiplicatives. Which means you can have ancients up All the time. This is what I will be aiming for. Especially with the new armor unique that works on call of the ancients. Barbarian pet build.😊 Surprised no one saw this.

I think wujido tested this and the damage output wasn't great. He even suggested upping the damage in his feedback.

Might need to see how hard the nerf bat hits, but I usually start with Barb and that dust devil build was seriously OP in PTR. I will probably try that as long as I can see the actual screen as they have to address the visibility problem with the build.

Your rend build can be better. Switch out the rend skill for kick, and use the ring of the ravenous to proc the rends. You can get the cooldown to next to nothing easily, and add a huge direct damage dump, that also feeds berserk ripping very well. This simple change solves the boss damage without taking away any clear speed. It might even help with mobbing since brawler explosions feed berserk ripping as wel. For whirlwind, bleed whirlwind with 2h mace and skullbreaker aspect seems interesting. You can temper 7 individual lucky hit stun stun procs on gear now, so skullbreaker should go off like crazy. Add some crowd control duration for staggering bosses, and skullbreaker absolutely melts those as well. And all the base damage ticks of the dust devils feed berserk ripping very well, so you can lay a ton more bleed now. These tricks might just make bleed and ww bleed slide up a place in the rankings. And that bash barb can have the bash, 4 cleave procs and 4 physical damage procs and the proc from the unique gloves. That’s 10 separate instances of base damage in one bash, that all get their separate berserk ripping proc. And bash has that built in stun to proc skullbreaker even more, so bash bleed might also be very strong. And thorns also works wonders with berserk ripping.

As for builds you might have missed, with the new aspect giving shouts dust devils, a singer barb might be possible. Rage of harrogath and hectic make frenzy reset cooldowns like crazy. Rob has this vid where he just murders Ubers by popping his shouts, but for some reason didn’t make the step to just put it in a build that outputs that damage all the time.

thorns still works fine , now that you have life on most of the gear adds up , i ended up with more than 120k hp on PTR and shitloads of thorns

I hope they do something about those tornados size or graphics .... its insane i cant see the screen or traps or any stuff i have to dodge :S

Sorcer Mystical teleport got buffed gets a 500% damage increase. With 440% damage multiplier to teleport to 5 items (2200%) and teleport cooldown of 69% with teleport size. Use Raiment's and stun duration increase. Swap out wand with 440% teleport damage with oculus Teleport will be a fast powerhouse skill-based build.

You can never say that there's not a good spread of builds to try, but I'm a bit sad that Frenzy doesn't make the list at all

Will benefit from gem update (120 more basic dmg), slap basic dmg and some lucky elemental dmg and we are more than fine, but bash will benefit from this combo wven more.

i hope upheavel will go higher at launch :D i love that build :) but if i understand it clearly these 7 builds all viable for the hardest content so it might be on the 5th position but still a very good choice

If they dont touch twisters Im gonna stress my rtx4090 all season. If twisters get touched even to the slightlest im goin a hybrid basic skill / thorns build.

sad rend isnt good. i was playing S2 with your rend/rapture build, was alot of fun. wtf with dust devil, i cant see anything lmao. Bash dont have tornados? sign me in, i watched your video and im already sick of tornados, dont want them to be in my game for entire season. thank you for video.

the tornado effect is not looking good " graphic wise " . covers ALOT of the screen even the mobs/area effects ....for no reason lol

I wish there where more ppl Who think like that dont care about meta, but no those d4 idiots only care about hota bone spear, there are so many builds out there that still can beat everything in the game.
