I think this video best exemplifies how deadly Rick can be if learned correctly and when not fighting some of the broken characters. When the nerfs hit WW, Joker, and Buggs, Rick might start climbing up even more

@@LayZ_Gamer the whole point would be to increase his combo-ability, granting him more open windows to follow up and add more moves. Lowering how easily he can kill will just make it so that you need more than a couple moves to confirm a kill. It would also allow for more skill to be required. Shaggy is a recommended level character, so he should be easy to use, but still be along the same line as other characters in terms of a mastery ceiling
