I would get a voice surgery revision. Now it’s healed it’s not as deep as immediately after the surgery. Could be a bit deeper. Btw, how did the scar heal?

His voice is deeper but not as deep as immediately after the surgery. But it is definitely much better than his original voice. He could get a revision procedure.
