Hello! How are you? I have a question: in 20:40, you let a talk delayed but you haven’t saved a baseline. Isn’t it necessary for showing delayed tasks? What made the task delayed once you haven’t saved a baseline? Did you use a formula according to the current day? Thank you!!

Hi Edson. The baseline doesn't influence the delayed indicator. The status of the task and the current date does :)

I can not say. It is one of the ways it can be done, but if it's a good idea in your case, I don't know. We would have to learn a lot more about your way of managing projects, Jira setup, available data and their connections/use to answer that. By the way, we do provide consulting for these kind of services, helping in BigPicture setup and training. Maybe that is worth considering? Cheers!
