Not sure what the recipe you tried called for but from the video, I don't think you whipped the cream to at least a soft peak. You also have to fold you condensed milk in with a spatula, not mixer. Try this recipe: 2 cups whipping cream 1 can condensed milk 2 drops yellow food colouring 1/2 cup cake mix 1 tablespoon sprinkles Beat whipping cream with a mixer until soft peaks form (don't over whip, check google for a soft peak looks like). Fold in condensed milk and food colouring with a spatula. Stir in cake mix and sprinkles (do this in bits/stages, don't pour everything in at once, you want to keep the air you infused in your cream when you whipped). Spoon into your loaf pan and garnish with dashes of sprinkle( for looks) I add a 1/4 or 1/8 teaspoon of brandy or whiskey for that extra creaminess because the freezing point of alcohol is super low, it keeps ice cream from freezing like water/ice block.
