Outside of anti-regen properties, he's nothing compared to other full-AoE DPS units like Igris and especially Alucard, while yes he may be "good" because of full AoE, at the end of the day it's not just about that.

@@marianaofwisdom yeah you are right, basically if you don’t have Alucard you can use him just to cut regen and break shields, that is basically all use of the Choso

@CeoFloppert If it is your only monarch - then definitely keep, full aoe + multi hit is still enough to inflict bleed, so yeah. If you have a full team of monarchs - then yeah you should probably reroll, to be able to inflict bleed on all map. But I still would keep it xD
