Oh wow! This made me think of a pizza parlor that used to be where I worked. They did a chopped Italian Sausage grinder. It had peppers, onions, and mushrooms besides mayo. It was incredible! I miss that little pizza parlor. It had to move to a different location, but it's still in business.

@@AllWingsEverything I feel like you don't get the individual taste of one ingredient, instead a mish mash of everything at once. It's too mushy for me. I tend towards Mediterranean salads/cooking due to my Italian blood so I think I love the individual flavors.

I love BLT's! One thing I always do is add a little heat such as Chipotle mayo, horseradish etc. ... just about anything with a little heat works. They're also great with Avocado. Great channel and great presentations ... one of the best I've seen in a long time. Nicely done!
