There is so many pairing in this book that you would think otherwise. Like white chocolate and caviar. I wouldn't eat it, but that's the perspective that you get from this book. I've had mine for many years and it's my favorite book, so thanks for sharing your side of the story (no pun intended).

Great video Joanie!! I'm in my last semester of college and my major has been photography. Last year I food myself doing food photography and I love it. I get so much inspiration from you and you have helped me quite a bit in bulking up my portfolio as I exit school. Sending my best wishes and a big hello from the east coast in Virginia.

What a brilliant idea for inspiration. This morning I was busy thinking of what kind of cake I wanted to bake for my birthday, I knew I wanted to make a Maple Italian Meringue Buttercream, but what other flavours should I throw in there for the cake and decorations? This book would have been perfect for my brainstorming. Going to order it now. Can't wait. Thanks for another wonderful video.

Hey Everyone, look a hand with something if anyone can point me in the right way, I am looking to upgrade my cannon, I do some food photography for a family run business, I'm not a pro in any way and kinda just learning as I go. Some of the photos just be used for facebook and a website and some shots get used on posters but when they get to that stage the image goes a bit blurry. I don't have the money for the likes of a 5d but was thinking more around the 80d? will that do the job and take me to the next level or what camera would be best? any help would be great! Plus love the videos, 90% every video I give it ago =D thank you =D
