Ingredients:
all purpose flour 1 3/4 cup
baking powder 1 tsp
baking soda 1 1/2 tsp
salt 1tsp
light brown sugar 1 cup
granulated sugar 1 cup
egg 2 large
vanilla 1 1/2 tsp
yogurt 1/2 cup (if you don't have yogurt, skip it. and add 1 tbsp of white vinegar or lemon juice in your full cream milk)
full cream milk 1 cup
oil 1/2 cup
boiling water 1 cup
cocoa powder 1 cup
coffee powder 1 tsp
Custard layer:
cornstarch 1/4 cup
yolk 3 large
evap milk 1 can
condensed milk 1 can
all-purpose cream 1 box (250ml)
pinch of salt
chocolate ganache layer:
dark chocolate 350 grams
cream or milk 320 ml
corn syrup 25 grams
butter 50 grams
Chocolate mousse flavour:
2/3 heavy cream (everwhip)
1/4 Chocolate ganache
Baking time 35-40 minutes 160°c.
