I like my Scorpion exo r420, got it for under 150(discount I get at my local power sports shop), usually around 175 give or take I think. It’s DOT&SNELL certified, wicked light as well. Needed a quick spare&fell in love with it. Going to be getting the Scorpion R1 air next.

​@@jared123123Snell is objectively worse in all but the hardest crashes. Their standards require harder and heavier helmets that only test via weight drop. They just released a new standard a year or so ago for homologation reasons, but really it's just a neutered version of 22.06, and therefore worthless.

My LS2 is ECE 22.05 certified and it was under $200, it fits fantastic and has the Pin Lock visor so I don’t have to worry about it fogging up either which is a huge plus cuz I find myself riding in the rain a lot lol

yeah i just got a scorpion r420 and doesnt fit to well on me. I tried putting a intercom system in there to talk to my brother but it hurt my left side of my ear really bad. Im thinking of getting a AGV of some kind i love the liners

4.0 The quality control is pretty bad. I had to exchange my first helmet. It was missing a visor and the helmet had scratches. The plastic lining on the bottom was coming undone. With the replacement things were better but the quality control is still an issue. The gasket around the visor is messed up, the chin curtain doesn't stay in place, and a lot of air gets in between the pads and the helmet.

Agreed. Ive had mine for just shy of a year and i would love to love it but i dont. The visor is really hard to open, the wind noise is by far the worst experience ive had. The sizing chart through me off and ive probably gone ever so slighty too big, it feels heavy, padding starting to come away from the top of the lid. Its a shame because it looks great and is probably a very safe helmet but too many things about it p1ss me off

Scorpion helmets just feel cheap. And the padding feels good when they're new but the padding doesn't hold up after a few weeks. HJC hasn't let me down in 10 years of riding. Great construction,great quality and great price.

Interesting you say AGV Pista GP-R liner is better than Shoei… I actually switched from my Pista GP-R to my Shoei X14 because the comfort was unmatched and the aerodynamics/wind drag was significantly less in my experience.

😅 Influencer silly hyped Helmet. Poor quality, shitty customer Service etc.. You can buy a Ruroc when it‘s cost 100 bucks or less. I don‘t say it‘s not safe or something but for that money it‘s not worth it! Design is very cool yes, but that‘s all. Try different Brands and you will feel and see the difference. And for all the guys they have a ruroc. Don‘t explain others thats a good helmet in the comments, it’s not! when you say that you don‘t wear a high quality helmet in your Life.

AGV K1S for the more agressive positioning on sport bikes. same ECE certification. Just be sure to buy the "K1S" model and not the older outdated K1 as that has older safety standards.
