Does it come with free-flow Champagne? How much is it to add?

I honestly don't know; we had a bottle of wine. We often find free flow isn't the best idea because; unless you can drink a lot you end up paying more than you would for drinks that are usually not the best quality so, we find it's better to get something we really like and enjoy it.
