What is most important on these two, items or hero?

depends on the hero. most 5 gold heroes (at 3 stars) will destroy with or without items, same for 4 gold heroes. 1 and 2 gold heroes though, need both but some heroes like miya and layla are more dependent on items. so I'd say it depends on the hero but most of the time, the star level is more important.

Great video this helps with choice making O and by the way golden stuff ling is dead does not work no more ever since moonton put that 1 o 1.5 sec delay for ling to take a break after his ult and admire The view the stacks go away before he attacks he has gotten many nerfs but this that's just sad I have a request can you give me any tip on how to build mage team with out using angela i do great with there but without her i struggle a lot but other people do fine with the team and destroy me in some occasions
