My old kit used to be the same, PDR, action speed and armor pen. Key point is you need weakpoint because for 3 seconds with your base Armor Pen will let you deal more damage than if you stacked all true. 3 headshots in that time frame and you can kill even Barb's, if they survive they will be very low health and you can just range them down. Your only worry is wizards, you just simply don't take that fight.
