Well done Ma'am. Nice video and details. Many of these our veggies have worms and other insects in between the leaves. It would be better to first remove all the leaves, wash in salt or vinegar water before cutting and blending. The heat I'm sure would kill the worms/insects but some persons might want to drink the cabbage water.... So wash please! Many blessings.

That cabbage juice is a perfect remedy for stomach issues. Cabbage juice helps with indigestion, acid and gas. If you blend it with mint, half a bulb onion, ginger, turmeric and drink fresh you will have a powerful remedy for digestive ailment.

@@adebisiemmanuel2154 yes I've drank it frequently, remember those are all food items that we eat, and are raw juices. They might not taste very good together, but it's not the most disgusting thing I've ever tasted either. But they are very easy on the stomach and usually settle most basic ailments down. It's very healthy to drink just for health, and to improve digestion, but also to treat any gas or indigestion from greasy food, and even diarrhea and constipation. Basically, this combination is an equalizer, or balancer. Especially in children because strong medicines are not recommended for thier small tummies! It's better to use what is natural, instead of using strong pills, only using medicines as a last resort.
@omggiiirl20775 жыл бұрын
@@adebisiemmanuel2154 other vegetables and juices that aid in healing the stomach are okra, aloe, radish, rosewater, and pear. The juices combined in water or with pear juice help to cool an inflamed tummy. But a warning about rose water, only use rose water for eating, not cosmetic. And not too much because it is very fragrant, and will taste like perfume.

Because of His love for you and I, He sent His only Son Jesus Christ to die for you so that you can have everlasting life and not go to hell. Jesus Christ arose from the dead, He is alive and is the only Messiah, the King of kings, the Beginning and the End. Jesus Christ is the Savior of the whole world. Accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, invite Him into your heart/life today. Wherever you are, He can hear you for He is everywhere. Remember Jesus Christ is the ONLY way to God the Father.
