I think you said one of the videos if you just change exhaust on the new bikes, you don’t really have to tune them correct because I have a 24 CVO ST and I want to put a different exhaust but I don’t really wanna tune it but I also don’t want it to run to lean. What’s your opinion?

You don’t need to tune it if all you do is put an exhaust on the bike. We have tested it with my dad’s 2024 CVO ST and my 2024 Standard with the 117. Don’t waste your money. The stock ECU will compensate enough for an exhaust and AC.

We don't run Khrome Werks because they just don't sound as good. And they don't make as much power on the dyno either. However they do look nice!

Last i knew, dirty air didnt have limiters. So if you lose preasure going down the road, your fender will come down on your tire. Id never do air on a touring bike unless you use it on a bar hopper personally.

Some people don’t like mid pipes because they are loud when you’re just cruising. Also, they don’t have the back pressure a full length does so they typically make less torque on the dyno (from my experience)

We make trips down to All American Cycle when we have like 4 or 5 bikes that need tuning at a time. Unfortunately I don't know of any shops around here that dyno tune with Thundermax.

Just heads up one good thing about the thunder Max is you can put it in auto tune and get close. If you wind it open and go through the gears, I think you’d get roughly about high 80% efficiency out of it and then if you got some time, bring it down to George to fine-tune it.

D&D sounds great in my opinion but the fitment is terrible. Only having a piece of paper clearance in some spots shouldn’t be acceptable. Also need to wipe it down almost every ride or it will rust.

Why is the Dyno graph in STD instead of the industry standard SAE? These are inflated readings in these dyno graphs. Everybody knows the industry standard is SAE.

Because it's hot and humid down in Miami FL where this bike was dyno tuned at. The Dyno Room was 107 degrees. The bike would make the same numbers SAE up here in Michigan or in a cooler climate controlled Dyno Room.
