cheers dude. yeh can't say I disagree really. I honestly struggled to find categories to rate the cars on, since really the only thing separating them all is hitbox... I could have gone for "design", but thats purely subjective. Another one I considered was "customisation", which would be mostly based on the number of unique decals each car has (some have more than others - eg. octane), but... i dont have enough data on that n i'd have to consider item shop decal features, which i have zero data on. Anyway - appreciate the feedback

Love to hear what you guys think of this video. I struggled with it for quite a while & rewrote the script like 4 times. Initially I wasn't going to pick any winners - was just gona say Octane wins Hitbox & Merc wins Rarity... but for performance "whatever feels best for you is the winner"... butttttttttttt I decided to go with a scoring system and try to put some actual figures on each car for each category. Definitely not a perfect system or anything, so I'm sure many will disagree with certain scores. Anyway.. keen to hear your thoughts

Takumi has a better hit box then the octane imo. But I do prefer the octane over the Takumi. My favorite has to be the fenny boy tho

I personally got Takumi a while back, ever since I started using it I haven't been able to go back to any other car without feeling like it's too different. Everything else just feels like they are properly centered kr the hitbox isn't where it should be which is explained in this video, it's also because of its performance. Octane, Dingo, Aftershock, Twinzer and Takumi are my top picks for the best cars I feel like playing with that I have available to me, I really wanna get Fennec tho, everytime I play against someone with that car they are somehow way faster way better and crazy good. I wanna try that car so bad.

Thank you bro :) tbh I didn't even look at the winners until I started writing the script for the ending.. I just let my system choose the winners though I think in hindsight, the twinzer should have been scored lower in rarity, and maybe the aftershock too.. prob score them both 3's... meaning Fennec would have been the sole winner.

I enjoyed the video, as just recently been thinking about how in award shows in Hollywood pick the popular picks not necessarily the pp with the most talent. Here instead for picking the Octane for more views on your video, you created a good overall system and and gone through with it... Respect and if you are still reading this idk but I really appreciate the hotbox videos every season because 1. It notifies me there is a new season as I don't have any way to remind myself and 2. I am also not a controller player as I don’t have any controllers to use. But I want to try to get good with touch control. Is it ok if you can coach/train me? Great video....but I felt like on the hitbox part of the video, the only 2 cars you didn't have the hitbox centered on was the Maradur (or however you spell it) and the Scarab.....is their a reason for that? Is that how the hitboxes actually are? Not critiquing whatsoever, this is a completely legit question because I'm curious....

centered in what way bruv? you mean... centered vertically or horizontally? or what u mean exactly? all the measurements in this vid (and all my hitbox vids) are based on my own testing. I flip the car onto its back and top. Push the front of the car up against the ball.. record it all. Zoom it and draw lines on the car where the car interacts with each surface (or floats above it).. then draw the hitbox in. Its as simple as that really! no offence taken dw

yeh i agree i probs overscored that. Its really tough cos on one hand I thought i should consider rarity in terms of the current player base (meaning cars available back in the early seasons might be MORE rare)..and on the other hand maybe i should think of the entire community (incl players who stopped playing after the first few seasons (which would make more recent cars rare- cos smaller player base nowadays). Kinda hard to explain. also i dont have any data on the item shop releases so its hard to know which cars have been in the item shop, how many times, when, etc. sooooo yeh i did my best to combine my instincts, memory re: item shop, and any info i could find online. Tough gig tbh lol agree tho.. shoulda maybe given it a 3
