If you don't want to pay attention to the bar for her charged attack, she flashes right when the cursor hits the blue parts, so just let go of the hold attack when you see her flash. Useful against bosses that are particularly aggressive, so you don't miss the evades or counters while looking at the bar.

When she casts her intro, it starts her auto chain. It's sometimes worth it to follow through to the 5th hit, cancel the very long animation after it lands with resonance skill then heavy shatter the intro/reso. The timing is tight so you have to pick your spot with it, but it then gives you buffs for all the subsequent attacks.

Solid guide, Sanhua is great I will run her as quick swap with calcharo. Lesser used 4 star guides would be nice like Yangyang or light rover maybe

6:59 when i do this if you use her skill fast enough after her ult, the previous charge attack will also detonate the skill along with the ult. And never do the 5 BA combo. Use a normal charge attack at the start then BA’s to dish it out slightly quicker

It is understandable that there's only a few of us who use and enjoy her playstyle, after all I can confidently says that she's the current title holder for being the most difficult character to use atm. Also, 13:40 Hell naw she's a main dps for me, I don't even need a team to beat a Holoboss diff 5 and above, Sanhua alone is more than enough

I think s2 Sanhua is viable. I mean my combo for her is intro skill, Ult, Resonance skill, then heavy attack timing. S2 is very efficient in this combo as I can proc and time the enhanced heavy attack without being interrupted.

do you guys press or hold on the echo button before switching off of sanhua? what happens to me is that I often cancel the echo itself due to switching too early. does the buff still carry on even if I cancelled it?

Yes, Sanhua has amazing burst if you do intro -> ultimate -> skill -> detonate, but they don't gain extra damage by all being on the field together. On top of this, Sanhua's rotation requires 2 detonates to get to 100 concerto energy so you can quickly swap her out. So it's better to do intro -> skill -> detonate -> ultimate -> detonate -> echo -> outro. With that rotation, you have 2 stacks of clarity for each detonate, making it much easier and faster to hit. Late game also tends to be much faster paced than early/mid. Trying to stack intro/ult/skill before starting your detonate usually ends up with you getting hit before you can even do the detonate. And while you're waiting for Sanhua to get up, your ice begins to expire, losing you not only DPS, but concerto energy as well

man they really need to get a good translation team or something. i why damage deepen for resistance shred ? i mean it makes sense, but why change something that is not broken. games already have a terminology for resistance shred, poise, damage increase. etc etc. i really think that the translation team messed it up but rolled with it.

maybe dumb question: isn't calcharo dmg during ult considered ultimate dmg? does she really buff calcharo during his ult?

At least from what I've read: Initial hit of res. liberation is ofc considered res. liberation dmg. "Normal" basic attacks during ult are considered as basic attack dmg. But after 5 of those "normal" basic attacks, the next one is replaced with a forte circuit attack that is considered as res. liberation dmg. Also, dodge counter is considered as res. liberation dmg. So, I think he would at least somewhat benefit from basic attack buffs.

Why is nobody running the Scale: Slasher sword? I have buffs on almost every rotation for my Encore. Its amazing. I feel like Sanhua plays better as a buff bot that gets off the field ASAP to buff the DPS, rather than trying to be a Sub DPS. Just my opinion though.

depends on how you wanna play her, if u play her as a subdps/buffer then ER is better, if you wanna play her somewhat maindps/sub dps but more onfield time, then go for glacio dmg
