INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE NO.1 (Pan Fried Chicken Thighs and Onion)
1 kilogram chicken with bones
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp calamansi extract or lemon juice
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp chicken powder or magic sarap
1 tbsp of minced ginger
2 tbsp cornstarch
Half of chicken cube seasoning
4 tbsp of hot water
Cornstarch
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 large onion, sliced
INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE NO.2 (Gizzards Binagoongan sa Gata)
1.5 lbs chicken gizzards
1 thumb sized ginger, sliced
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 small onion, sliced
2 long green chili pepper, sliced
1/2 cup water
Half chicken cube seasoning
1 cup sliced string beans + 1 large eggplant, sliced
1 and 1/2 cups coconut milk
1 and 1/2 tbsp shrimp paste + 1/4 black pepper + pinch of magic sarap (optional)
