Risotto is a lunch that we prepare relatively often for our family. The recipe is extremely simple and proven good, you simply cannot go wrong. Light lunch for the whole family.
INGREDIENTS :
400 grams of chicken breast
1 tablespoon of rice
onion
carrot
canned peas
olive oil
salt, pepper, dry mix of spices, paprika, thyme
tomato sauce
parsley
20 grams of butter
RECIPE:
✅ Cut the chicken into strips and season with: olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, dry mixture of spices and paprika. Leave in the refrigerator until use.
✅ Fry the meat for 5 minutes
✅ Remove the meat and add the chopped onion to the same container and fry for a few minutes. Add carrots
✅ Return the meat to the container and mix everything. Add 50 ml of tomato sauce and a little more thyme
✅ Add 300 ml of water and let it boil for 5 minutes
✅ Add 1 cup of cooked rice and canned peas. Simmer everything together for 10 minutes
✅ For a creamier risotto, add 20 grams of butter at the end and mix.
✅ Add parsley and season to taste.
