Choice theory: A level of understanding that in every situation you have opportunities to make choices. God created us to act a certain way and we get to choose the way we act. 1. Will you choose to be a person who love, honour and respect your spouse OR 2. Will you choose to respond in a way where you are selfish and it is all about you. We get to choose to make our relationships better. We are all totally responsible for our actions, whatever we do or say and we will give an account to God!
