● Dorade fish (sea bream) - 2 pcs
● Potatoes - 3 pcs
● Carrots - 1 pc
● Onion - 2 pcs
● Paprika - 1 piece
● Zucchini - 1 piece
● Chopped tomatoes - 200 ml
● Soy sauce - 100 ml
● Honey - 2 tbsp
● Lemon
● Rosemary
● Salt, black pepper, Provençal herbs
● Olive oil

Im Allgemeinen dauert das Garen von Fisch nicht länger als 10 Minuten. Ansonsten verliert der Fisch seinen Geschmack. Daher muss zuerst das Gemüse gekocht werden und erst später der Fisch hinzugefügt werden. DANKE aus Marokko 🇲🇦🇲🇦🇲🇦🇲🇦🇲🇦

Dourada baked in the oven , we do it in Portugal all the time. However instead of putting carrots with the other ingredients we put red pepper and instead of rosemary we add lots of fresh coriander . Coriander is a must for baked fish

Comment from lebanon. Excellent recipe and well presented. Looks fresh ,easy and delicious. Although I don't think that sliced lemons well add to the taste when cooked.Best if squeezed along with garlic and cilantro later when fish is cooked.

Your recipe is wonderful and delicious for cooking sea bream. Here in northern Egypt, we cook it similar to this method with oil, lemon, onions, garlic and paprika only, and we do not add vegetables with it.
