Been through much of Europe when I was a kid, but didn't get to see much of France. I've always wanted to see the Eiffel Tower . Dad never got around to it. I've seen southern France. But we were just passing through from Italy to Spain. I liked Andora , a small mountainous country between France and Spain.

Great to see you visited the SW Coastline, we've been going there for the past 10 years camping. 8 years in our T4 and 2 in our '62 Chevrolet Greenbrier. The whole coastline is stunning, warm sea, welcoming people and the WW2 bunkers are something to behold and to reflect upon. You'll love Spain, the coastline is like ours in Cornwall but France will always be my favourite. Safe travels to you all

Your videos and stories are on “another level” compared to most travel content my friend. . Thank you for bringing us along and sharing your adventures. There is something you can’t explain, seeing the world through the window of a vw bus. They are not just vehicles They have a soul of there own. I was lucky enough to live and see all 50 states through the window of a westy while on dead tour from 1986-1995 😊. Our westy , Stella, was like having another person on the journey. She laughed, cried and lived , as part of our family. Thanks again for the amazing energy you guys put into these videos Be safe and have fun for me!!!!!!!!!! “ every time that wheel turns around, bound to cover just a little more ground”,!!!!!

Quick comment on public networks and VPN. The VPN only really protects you from sniffing attacks on public networks. If you are nervous about your personal data while on public networks it might make sense to make sure you are running a restricted firewall on your laptop too. Most OS's have this capability built in, but it might be worth researching some 3rd party firewalls as well. This would prevent others from gaining access to your machines on a public network.

Awsome footage! Spain is great too, the north, cause the centre it is so dry. The Spanish Pyrenees and all the Cantabric cost and mountains are the most beautiful places in Spain, my opinion of corse... but don't expect to have camping places with all the services like in France. For good wine I recomend La Rioja, huge lands just for grapes. We live in Picos de Europa (Asturias) so if you come by we could recomend some places... the mountains are splendid now with the snow, if you enjoy alpinism... Buen viaje por España!

Australia has always had free campsites, traveling the country and camping is part of our DNA. Crown land, stock routes, roadsides, riverbanks, beaches, etc all free. In recent years nearly every country town and council has opened free campsites and in the past few years "Pub camping" has become very popular in country towns and is usually free. I'll save you a spot Lol...

Thanks guys. This video ( like all your others) make me happy and shed a tear 😊 I continue to live vicariously through you. How was the oil temp over the mountains? Oh, been in this wine growing region near Bordeaux with my dogs and our Itsy Bitsy Bus last October. 😍 Alaska picks the berries from the bushes just like my Mogli. ☺️ Yes, grapes are poisonous for dogs actually. Great video again! BTW: in Spain you won‘t find drinking water from the tub. You have to buy it in the supermarket. There are 8 l bottles for about 73 cents per bottle. Too bad you missed the Dune du Pilat on your way to Spain...

What a coincidence! I had this same thought. I must admit however that the phrase "sacrificial roses" would be a great name for something. A poem, a metal band, a magical girl anime. The possibilities are endless.
@philtripe4 жыл бұрын
its not that roses are weaker than grapes but the fact they are located at the end of the row where insects are more likely to find them plus the last plant in the row is more susceptible to extremes
