Just made this for the first time. Great recipe! So delicious! My teenagers can’t keep raving how good it tastes. I skipped the mushrooms and beans but will try with mushrooms next time. Had Turkey broth leftover like you did and I think that makes a big difference store bought chicken broth. This recipe is going on the keeper list...sooo good!

Hi Ron, I use Basmati, but I think any rice would work really. For some extra heat you could add fresh or dry chili, just add the amount you would like to so it doesn't go too spicy for you. Really happy you liked my video! Thank you!😊

Very tasty recipe. I did have trouble with some of the amount conversions Several just plain would not come back with an answer for the type of food. European cooks who use English always go ahead and provide the American cook's counterparts from their end. It's after all a very large market. Thank you

Hi there, if you don't like making the white sauce for the soup you can also use some cream instead for the creamy flavour.

I didn't find this link with the measurements until after I prepared the soup. I just eyed balled and adjusted. I had all the ingredients including cooked rice from breakfast. The soup was delicious. I had a can of white beans in a mild chili sauce which I didn't drain. My left over fried Cajun turkey complimented this. This was simple and quick to make. Will make this one again.

I didn't have the beans. Made it without them. It was very good. I didn't have the measurements so I guessed on the white sauce.
