Cumin ( Que - min) The taco soup meal I add 1 pack of dry ranch dip mix to mine. It bring the soup together & there's no need for salt. I Serve with a dollop sour cream & avocado slices. Then personally I sprinkle with a little chopped cilantro & a squeeze of lime. Serve with tortilla chips. Prefect for those cool Fall days . Very comforting. The Alfredo looks amazing but I'd add some fresh Parmesan cheese & mix. Then add less mozzarella. If someone wants extra morrarella they can once it's served. Lastly on the one that has the refried beans. Skip that part . Everything else looks good to go. Thanks 😊

I used the Campbell's cheddar cheese soup and ooohweee! it made what I was making saltyyyyyy! I never used that particular soup flavor again. I say Coo•min.

Taco pie, we’ll, you actually bake your toppings then, once it’s done and, slightly cooled then, you put on your toppings. But, if you go back to the mid 80s there was a recipe my mom got out of a Woman’s Day Or Family Circle Magazine for a Taco Delight, Instead of Using Milk, You Use 8 Oz. Of Sour Cream, mix that in your Bisquik, that’s your crust then, crush up taco shells, Fritos or Doritos and, then,layer your taco meat on top and, then, Finish layering the rest of your ingredients on top and, last your shredded cheese on top. Now here’s what comes next before you put it in the oven, your gonna take Doritos which ever flavor you prefer, I do mine with ranch. You arrange your Doritos standing up layered around the pan, then, you bake at 25 mins. on 350degrees in your oven!

I love your recipes some of them are to much for one or two people. Any chance you could come up with smaller meals? I have done the Alfredo tortellini because it was easy to adjust the quantities.

I end up cooking too much for one, but, I eat on it for a few days and, if, I got room in my freezer, I’ll at least freeze one or 2 servings! Because, here’s the thing, most recipes are made to serve so many and, course, I learned to cook from my grandma and, my mom before, I ever started Home E.C. In 6th grade - middle school. The thing is you got to buy all the ingredients if your cooking for the typical amount the recipe requires and,it can be hard to adjust the recipe for smaller amount of servings and getting the recipe to taste right and, turning out right all the way around.

It’s made from process cheese, aka/ think of cheese whiz but in soup form or velveta in soup form, aka/ plastic cheese, I’d use Velveta cheese instead, I don’t care for process cheese soup!

It will thicken, if you don’t use enough liquid then, you won’t have enough of the sauce to cover your food!

No one really puts rice over potatoes! Neither does no one put Broccoli in Mexican dishes! The first dish, had veggies in it, celery, onion carrots and potatoes! She said you could eat a salad on the side with your pasta! Here is another tip learn to be creative and, make the dishes your own, that’s the fun part about cooking, you don’t always have to follow someone else’s direction! Seriously do what works for you and your family! Hint in your Alfredo traditionally people put frozen peas in it but, my group of friends didn’t care for peas so, we preferred broccoli instead so, we would put broccoli in it!
