Hey EliGE 🙌🏻 To make this guide complete. With your reflex and low latency settings it would be very helpful to know your resizeable bar settings in bios and if you manually added that or anything through nvidia profile inspector. Likewise if you are rocking HAGS (hardware accelerated gpu scheduling) and or the optimize window mode. Also system spec and power profile and scaling page in nvidia! Cuz all these things interact in the realm of the “reflex/low latency” type and easy standard “non enthusiast” pc setup! Thanks! PS. Or course people can A/B test, but a few more “data points” would greatly help people understand your “decision context”.

You don't really need the left click / right click R throw bind anymore, about a month or two ago valve did an update that made it so if the left and right mouse click are slightly out of sync they will still be treated as being released at the same time.

we were testing it and I am pretty sure they reverted it / seemed to be a bug that has been fixed. can you re check it as well and lmk what you think? cuz before you could be holding lets say middle click, let go slightly of one of the keys and like youre saying and it would just choose a stength. but we tested 2 days ago and we were able to go in between strengths.

Hey goat, great video that i took a few binds and settings from but just wanted to add on a setting when it comes to Texture Filtering. A few people have tested that it impacts little to no performance, and in come very rare cases anything below 4x lowers your fps (this I assume from it using older methods to filter textures). Setting it to 16x doesnt affect performance and makes the textures look a lot better and crispier around the edges, you should give it a try! Also, my bad for being so late to this party 😂

texture filtering mode is bugged. and you actually get lower fps on low settings. i have experimented with this settings and the best fps i get is with 16x (sound crazy i know). but i'm pretty sure that bilinear and trilinear are the worst settings. hope this helps someone

You can put anisotropic filtering on 16x … it doesn’t impact modern gpus

I lose about 50 FPS when using AF 16X. I mean, it's 500 vs 550, but it you want to squeeze out the FPS, anisotropic filtering is way less important than 50 fps.

thank you! and I do not use any de-subtick movement binds as those aren't allowed for tournaments. I haven't kept up to date if they still work, but it's kinda convoluted last thing I knew about using them where you would have to like call it from like a separate file. not worth the hassle and also can't use them in events unfortunately

I've found that the jumping subtick movement bind lets you bhop easier.

I currently have "-high -nojoy -fullscreen +cl_interp_ratio 1 +cl_interp 0.031" ( Because I heard high, nojoy and fullscreen helps with fps) Also cl interp ratio is a old csgo thing that i dont even know if it still does anything in cs2 but when i played with it off and then with it on I FELT like it made a difference... but could be just placebo. Cause he plays casual maps. DM/Aimbotz/whatever - Which means he doesn't need sound and probably plays with music. You can type: volume (insert how high you want it 0 being lowest 1 being highest)

@EliGEjj Do you know anything about microphone issues with distortion? I have a high quality studio mic (rode nt1a + focusrite scarlet solo 2nd gen) and the setup works everywhere else except cs2.. I've tried changing a bunch of options but nothing seems to permanently stop this from happening. I ask because I see you're using a mic as well not just a headset. Also, I have a solid pc, it can handle cs2 so it's not that the pc is having trouble.

Do we need to change m_yaw settings like on 4:3 stretched? I recently change my resolution to 16:10 1680x1050 stretched from 4:3 1280x960 stretched. Don't know what m_yaw to use in this case, before I have used 0.0165 and 33%(approximate) more sens. I have used the formula from reddit and now I am using 0.0198 m_yaw and 11%(approximate) more sens.

some settings like shadow quality gives you advantages but other than that its mostly personal preferences just gotta check few different pro's settings they all play with different settings and they are all pro so..play with whatever makes you comfortable its what matter in cs
