I used to grind my own beans and did a few things to make it better for me. But you have reached master level coffee making. Wishing beans and water equally. The only thing I'm truly surprised at, is that you're not using a special kind of water. Or if you are, you haven't included that information. Clean pure spring water right from a spring is the best way to go, IMO. Lol. Yes, you're a coffee nerd. Nothing wrong with that though.

My go to coffee to wake up and go is "Coffee Saves" and when I just want to "chill"....Silencer Smooth". But I'm a French Press guy and set my kettle to 212°. Thanks Crispy.

First of all Thank You for your service. The only coffee I drink at home is Black Rifle Coffee. I use a hand grinder and an Aero Press. That being said I have been thinking of getting a chemex pour over.

Some of the other facts you should spit about Coffee is that it's a good source of Daily fiber. You wouldn't think Brewed/Filtered Coffee would provide a Dietary Fiber value but it does. Also for comparison, I'm a French Press/coarse grind kind of guy. My Grinder is a bit higher end with select-able Grind size and amount(so I don't need to measure it out). Oh and the Press is an original Bodum(Glass decanter and Stainless Steel press with fill lines printed on the glass).

I use Moka Pot. All stainless but has to be made in Italy, not cheap Amazon crap. And I use Invader Coffee. Vet owned made in Austin tx 👊

No lie!! I broke down and bought a chemex, and I am not shittin it is the best cup I've ever had... so much better and fresher cup makes straight coffee as good as coffee with any flavor creamer

@@scottfortune9016 most the time its the pot, like he says, sometimes it could just be the coffee itself, I primarily use brcc coffee, all dif ones from the basic freedom roast to stuff with alot flavor notes.. ive even used basic coffee like folders and maxwell house and its a totally different outcome for even those.. but hands down honest to God, if you enjoy coffee, no matter amount sugar or creamer you use, a pour over is worth the investment and time imo... and as for black coffee there's only a few coffees I drink black but I do add a bit brown sugar and its great as is.

Me to. I basically do strage thing to good beverages. Add sugar and milk to coffee, cola or pepsi to whiskey, syroup to beer and I'm drinking it by the straw. Is it legal to write that way on KZbin.
