When he launches the sp1 you have to dex the acid spill and run up to him, then dex the beam. Make sure he doesn’t get any Arcade tokens. If he has three or more charges bait a heavy attack and punish it with your own heavy to get rid of them. Rinse and repeat till he’s dead.

He is good defensively without it, but that dupe makes him horrible to fight without a counter, venom shuts down auto blocks but can’t deal with the power gain. Overall yes, I think he needs it, as it will shutdown a lot of players who are about to kill him, add that with his armour ups and he is a horrible defender to fight without the right counter.

No skilled players can easily handle kindred with longshot doesn't matter still baiting a shit ton of specials and if you accidentally push to l2 you dead and man thing requires a specific counter and is really tanky

@ way more risk with kindred though, and I’ve seen him perform far better than Longshot. It’s not like it’s uncommon to have an incinerate immune or like any science champ ever to destroy him. Kindred also at least has a little bit of unavoidable block damage aswell.
