Shiver is one of the easiest easy demons like probs easier than the nightmare, the lightning road and platinum adventure. Also I recommend coaster mountain as one of your first few medium demons I mean it does have hard part yea but the other parts that aren’t as hard are pretty simple so ye GL on coaster mountain

I remember watching the improvement video you made after you completed Cataclysm years back, and it actually got me into playing the game more seriously. A couple years after that I actually verified and created my own Extreme Demon, along with beating a good chunk of other extremes like Sonic Wave and Hyper Paracosm on my own time. I think crowd control is also a perfect first extreme. I am currently doing it and it’s SUPER fun. Definitely would recommend it as a first extreme. I do recommend becoming good at wave first, because it has a really tricky wave part

personally i had a HORRIBLE experience on crowd control. i had 92x4, 93x3, and a whole TON of other super late deaths. the first wave didn't get consistent for me until past 3 or 4k total attempts. i did have a lot of old attempts (maybe 4-5k lol), but of all the extremes i've beat (8 total all within beginner or easy NLW tier) crowd control took noticeably more attempts than the rest. 7.7k or so att on cc, whereas i had 1.2k on acu, which i beat before crowd control and i was worse at the game then. so i definitely don't recommend crowd control as a first extreme. TLDR: crowd control is a pretty hard beginner extreme, something more like Acu or another easy extreme (my first was fish fish godmode, decent level) is a better choice for your sanity

For Hard demons, as a first or a second, I'd say White Women is a solid option, it has a little bit of memorization, but is pretty readable otherwise, and the gameplay is pretty easy. I'd also recommend Necrose by Simwamwi, this level is mostly sightreadable and the final ball being the hardest part (it's at 4x speed and has a few tricky timings) also helps as a stress test. I wouldn't recommend Necrose as a first hard demon, but it's a solid option for your second anything past there. I've had a fun time beating both of these levels and I'd definitely recommend them.

I would recommend aswell to the Extremes, The Lost Existence, like its a really good experience to develop pressure resistance for yoslf, and to keep yourself pretty calm and cold from the beginning, til the end of future long length extreme demons, just bc holding yourself up through 5 mins and half it really aint that easy.

For a first medium demon I recommend ultra violence because it’s mainly sync focused and the bosses are easier than they look.

An easy demon i’d recommend is Cybersphere. It has quite a bit of ball gameplay you can practice, and the level isn’t too long either. One more medium demon I will mention is Jam Factory. This is a medium demon you can do after you’ve beaten quite a few. From the halfway point and onward, it gets more challenging and may even start to feel like a hard demon in a way. A medium demon I would consider is Sakupen Egg. This may feel challenging at first, but once you start to practice a lot and do some runs, it’s not very difficult.

Its absolutely useless level... Like beat these demons if you are looking for good insane demon: 1. Crazy 2: i should say, good demon to introduce insane demon difficulty. It has pretty big amount of timings and very detailed deco. Like its not annoying to play, even for beginner 2. Pulsar: good 2.1 NC styled lvl. Pick this level if you are looking for new hardest and want improve wave skill. 3. Swing squad: yes, old demon collab. But i find this really fun. Everyone should try this, especially begginers. This level consists of ufo and ship gameplay and consistent dual Hope it helps! P.s i should mention such levels as acropolis, ff2, poltergeist and night terrors

Whatever you do, do NOT pick Acropolis as your first insane. It is unbalanced and really bad gameplay-wise. It’s only fun if you’re already above the insane demon skill level.

Another decently challenging but actually easy-ish insane is Stalemate by Nox, it's got some learny parts and the ufo is kinda tough but it gets consistent This video was very interesting to watch and made me realize I made very questionnable decisions when deciding which level to beat next (my first online easy was Im Dead by Danke, then after like 20 demons I went straight into Jawbreaker and a few months ago beat 8o) I kinda just do whatever lol. I do want to check Decay now though, it's sorta appealing and I really do not want to think about Cataclysm atm. Thank you EVW!

An easy demon that I don't see anyone talk about ever is Speed Racer. That was my first demon, and it helped me so so much with getting into harder levels when I was starting out. It's definitely not for everyone, but it will help with muscle memory and getting used to speed changes that a lot of levels will have going forward.

Another extreme which I would personally recommend is A Bizarre Phantasm. Features a variety of gamemodes and dual and memory mechanics, as well as being relatively easy compared to other extremes. The only slight issue I have with it is that at some parts, the gameplay can be a bit unpredictable and annoying (mainly the 40% wave), but apart from that, a solid level overall.

For medium demons, I’d suggest Boxing Boxes. I see NO ONE talk about this level, but I think it is by far one of the best beginner medium demons. You have to go through practice mode to figure out how to get through it, and takes a good amount of skill like most MDs do, but I personally think it’s a great starting, at least secondary, medium demon.

For the easy demon wave level you could also beat retro circles, is a bit harder then ultra paracosm but it’s so much better, for the medium demons you could also beat magistro, it’s such easy and it’s not that readable so you could also practice with some memorization. For the hard demon list Eric forgot 1 thing BOSSFIGHT levels. I strongly recommend to check out the dolphe series of hard demons.

Just started my first extreme demon yesterday, but this video is still extremely helpful! The extreme demon I'm playing is called Delirium Tremens, by Vadi. It's soo fun for mobile. If you're a wave enjoyer, don't listen to me because there is no wave at all in the level, but the syncopation is SO good and there are no extremely tight sections, and most of the orbs are buffer clicks. The duals look confusing at first but they are short and sweet to pull off, and convenient jump indicators further help. I love this level and I'm excited to beat it possibly next year!

What’s really important to note for a newcomer to demons is that you WILL die hundreds or thousands of times, there’s no easy way around it. Don’t get demotivated just because a demon is taking a while/a lot of attempts.

18:55 im fine with every single ncs gauntlet level EXCEPT Neozenith. there are some levels that are unsightreadable but are fun once you learn how to play them. Neozenith is NOT one of them. Not only is it basically just a memory level once you get to the drop, the last ending part is even more inconsistent, requiring even more memory, and even more sudden gameplay. The level is just overall not fun.

I played Paracosm Circles a little bit recently because I remembered getting 59% on it and getting tired of the game, but I struggled a bunch with it and wondered how I managed to do that good previously. It occurred to me while watching that I was probably playing Ultra Paracosm instead of PC.

For my case that was : 1st easy demon : clubstep 1st medium demon : Idk 👁🫦👁 ice age coming ?? 1st hard demon : NC 1st insane demon : magma bound and 1st Extreme demon : Napalm 🎉

I am extremely bad at wave for someone at my skill, I can do most of Promethean but I cannot do insane demon wave levels. I really needed a wave based extreme demon and insane demon to get better at that game mode for the list.

relatable. if you want to suffer a bit with an unbalanced wave that's harder than the rest of the level at an easy extreme level you could go for catacylsm or crowd control.

I really want bloodbath to be my first extreme, because it's the most iconic and the most liked. I beat nine circles as first hard demon and supersonic as first insane (most liked ones) that's why !

I have to second Cerebral Hemorrhage as a fantastic level. It is currently my hardest and I really enjoyed my time playing it. It is very fun and has some cool duals.

As someone who’s hardest demon is Bloodbath, Innards, or Moment depending on who you ask and grinded up the demons all the way up to extreme demon on MOBILE 60hz, here are my suggestions.
