why does momo and qudans use b2,3 in neutral so much? its a HIGH mid string. 14:50 momo uses this string in neutral and loses 50% he then spring kicks...... It's almost impossible to duck, is only ducked upon luck. They spam it in heat only cuz it's a heat extender upon pressing forward after the input. It also does a lot of chip damage if blocked. Anyone who manages to duck the first hit doesn't really see it coming, they just chance it.
