You can use our digital planner PDF template in Windows as long as you have an app that allow you to edit PDFs and click on hyperlinks actually! There's a Goodnotes for Windows app I believe and you could also try the app Drawboard. I paid for this and never received the download link. Then I got a notice that my “order had shipped” including a track page message that it would be delivered tonight. My purchase receipt clearly says “digital”. There is customer service number or “contact us” page…only an FAQ that does not address this type of issue.

It can depend on what app you’re using but if you’re using Goodnotes, then yes! You can sync your planner across all of your devices as long as they’re of the same operating system (Apple). This means that you wouldn’t be able to sync your planner onto your Windows desktop. There is a feature in Goodnotes that would allow you to share it onto your Windows device. You’d only be able to view the planner though, not edit it

At this time, our weekly and daily planners only come as separate files. You could always copy a page from either planner and paste them into the other though if you’d like! The widgets on my home screen are from Widgetsmith, MD Clock, the Reminders app, Daily Bean app, Pinterest, Smile To-Do, and the Bear app!

I've been playing with Xodo using your free planner sample, but their search only works on the pre-existing planner text, not my own text 😢 Looks like Noteshelf might allow it, but it's not free to download and test out. Does anyone know if there's an Android Passion Planner community somewhere?? Would love to hear more tips and user experience.

I’m using the Elements tool in Goodnotes! I added stickers into that tool so I can easily insert them into my layouts and then I also used the Lasso tool in Goodnotes > Add Element > to save layout templates!

if you want a single purchase planner, go for the undated planners that can be used any year... you simply must add the days every new month :)

You can't add more tabs to the Daily Undated Planner. You can import the same planner as many times as you'd like to start the next 3 months' worth of daily layouts!

I don’t get it. Why not just use .. for example, Calendar on iphone, which syncs with iPad, iMac. Plus can set reminders, notifications and ..well..you probably know. And…for to do’s a to do app, which also syncs and reminds and notify’s. Sure, you have a nice coloring book to play with, but I would rather just get stuff done. Maybe someone can explain this to me.

Great question! For some people, it can be helpful to physically write events down in a planner. I also like that I can add notes, links, or photos if since I’m more of a visual person too. I need to be able to braindump all of my tasks and then organize and arrange them to be able to make sense of them all. Checking things off of lists can get really daunting after a while so there’s nothing wrong with being able to make the whole process a little fun and aesthetically pleasing at the same time haha. For me, calendar apps can be limiting and I need more of a space that looks and feels the way my brain works. I am all for people just figuring out what works for them though so if calendar and to-do lists apps are what you need then that’s awesome! This just provides people with more options if their brain functions differently and they want more space to be creative or to think through projects and tasks.

I love the digital planners EXCEPT for the tabs. That’s literally the only reason why I don’t use it. They are so big, clunky and generally not aesthetically pleasing.
