At what point in the story are you? To be honest it was quite a while ago that I completed the region so I can't for sure remember how to unlock it (I can't remember it being locked kinda long ago). @@Kevdiorence I think you need to progress further in the storyline to unlock the cave. I'm sorry it's been so long since I've done it myself that I've forgotten (I can't remember the cave even being closed).
