If you want to make something to carry a dog in, even if it's a small dog, you can't use hot glue. It wont hold up to the weight. It would have to be sewn.

Cm means centimeters. So when you see 10 cm. that means 10 centimeters. Many rulers have both inches and centimeters listed on them. Look on the edge of the ruler to see which side you need to use. One side of the ruler has inches and the other has centimeters. Just pick the side that using the centimeters. If yours doesn’t have one, I think you might be able to get one from the dollar store. Or you can go to google and search “convert the cm to inches” and you can use that.
