Thanks for the video. Looking to upgrade from a single door fridge to one with a separate freezer. My main issue is not keeping food frozen, but food kept too close to the freezer is freezing. I'm fairly dead set on getting a fridge with a separate freezer. Regardless, I question if there's just better single door fridges with a freezer than the one I have. The freezer is a small compartment in the corner. It has a door in the front but is open in the back. I've seen others with a freezer that stretches across the top. I don't know if it's also open. Maybe they have to be. I agree that the can dispenser is a waste of space. Even for someone who drinks canned beverages, I feel they might be better off without the dispenser for the sake of versatility. That actually might not make sense. There's a chance I might try to drink out of cans now or just find a way to make use of the dispenser. I've also seen a fridge with a dispenser that isn't top loaded. It's individual slots and could just be used for small bottles or jars. Anyways, I'm going crazy trying to find a fridge without the dispenser that also fits other specifications I desire. Might need to be more lenient on some aspects. One problem is that for some fridges there either aren't pictures available or it's so bright that I can't even tell what the door shelving looks like. You might want to go with a 4.5 cu ft version instead. They still have a can dispenser but because the entire unit has more room, the can dispenser becomes less of an issue. My sons going off to college - thx to u he’s getting this fridge for his dorm. When I dropped my other two off there ONLY option was one of the standard small white mini fridge with one door. Now he can have stainless steel top & bottom it’s pricer but he’ll get to store his frozen 🍕 and 🍕 rolls a staple in his diet plus was wondering if the bottom will hold a gallon of milk? Anyways thx

I wish you luck in whatever you buy, buy unless dyson goes back to solid engineering that can be properly disassembled, cleaned and reassembled. I want but another. I guess for me they should have at least three years before ill need another vacuum upgrade. If you want a cool vacuum gadget. Get the Neato robotic vacuum. It does a great job. I would buy whatever vacuum you buy from bed bath and beyond. Due to their unbelievable return policy.

if ur looking at this exact model its been well. i keep it on the second most coldest setting as one more step stuff starts to freeze. its been well for university. i find milk spoils a few days before the expiration date, so it doesnt beat a full fisze friedge.freezer in ur kitchen. but for holding snacks and a few things for a bit, tis more then adequte.

Very informative. But one criticism i find about these small fridges is that thee is only one dial for both fridge and freezer and that making it cold enough for the freezer sometimes means the fridge will be too cold and vice versa. Any truth to this in your experience?

well a freezer is just desgiedn to freeze , as long as its below zero, i dont think it really matters lol

I mean if you set it cold enough to freeze food in the freezer, it will also freeze some of the contents of the fridge. And if you set it at a cool enough temperature for the fridge where things won't freeze, then the freezer won't get cold enough to freeze.

Mario Norena pretty sure danby would design it so the freezer would always remain under zero. like one set temperature. the dial is for the fridge. ive never had it set low so i wont say i am 100% right but thats my take on it. great fridge nonetheless for the last 3 years ive had it
