Houston is the 4th city with the most number of skyscrapers just behind New York, Chicago and Miami. And is the 4th largest city in the country also.

Houston, Texas is the largest city in Texas with a population of 2.288, 000 and county seat of Harris County with San Antonio 2nd, Dallas, 3rd, Austin, 4th, Fort Worth, 5th and El Paso 6th largest city in Texas and nice places to visit and to live since I live in Austin with a population of 964, 177 I love Texas and being a Texan too born and raised.

Thanks for leave your comment buddy. The official population for Houston is 3 million people but in the metro area is more than a 7 million people. Same case with Dallas-Forth Worth. And yeah, Texas is fantastic!

I had no idea the metro area in Houston is 6,707,000 that increased 1.58% from 2022 last year but the population is now 2, 264, 876 that increased this year in 2023 and is the largest city in Texas and 4th largest in the United States. Dallas/ Fort Worth Metro area has a current population of 6,574,000 of 2023 has increased from 2022 of 1.33% and was 6,488,000 that was increased from 2021 and population was 6,397,000 and increase of 2020 since Metroplex itself is already home of 7.8 million. And yes Texas is a great state to live in since I live in Austin, Texas the 4th largest city in Texas born and raised with a population of 964, 177 which has now increased to 966,292 this year in 2023 I'm proud to be a Texan Thanks and God bless Texas.

That's because Texas city limits are massive compared to other cities in the US. So going off their city proper is not a good comparison, need to look at city metro areas.

I love Atlanta Downtown, but Houston has more Skyscrapers including uptown and medical center. But the discussion between Houston and Atlanta is there definitely.

Houston has the best skyline in the south w/ both the most skyscrapers && the more superior architecture And some may not know this but if you go to post Houston and go on top of the skylawn right before the sunsets you’ll get a perfect view of the sun kissing the skyline while it’s setting looks like something straight out of a movie And you wouldn’t believe the amount of people/tourist up there taking pictures of the skyline you would think they were in Paris snapping shots of the Eiffel Tower or something So Srry But Dallas, Atlanta or Miami has nothing in comparison in fact Dallas skyline is pretty simple && souless && Atlanta’s is just overall ugly I honestly dnt see Wht people see in it but maybe it’s bcuz I just have higher expectations and just alot harder to impress Anyhow Miami’s skyline is actually saved by the backdrop of the ocean not to mention Miami also have a pretty active downtown as far as Day/&&Nightlife goes😎💁🏾‍♂️💯

The actual energy of downtown Austin far outweighs Houston. While Houston has much larger skyscrapers, its relatively empty. Austin is buzzing more like a west coast urban environment.

Even that being said, downtown Houston is still happening and there are different areas near downtown that have a LOT going on. What big city fun is there to do outside of Austin's downtown core? No Chinatowns or Mahatma Gandhi Districts in Austin, for starters...

And there is no downtown tunnel system in Austin to beat the elements. No Theater District in Austin. No major sports ballparks in Austin. Much, much more balance of city things in Houston than Austin, that's for sure.

The most, hot, overcrowded, depressing city in the U.S.A I would not recommend anybody move to Houston TX especially the southwest side. If you do decide to move to this city do not move to the southwest side

@@benji4kdrones844there’s already a lot of high-rises and skyscrapers that stretch over 2 miles because of the combined downtown and uptown skyline. Uptown boots downtown and pushed it ahead of Houston on the ground level.
