Great video! Personally i think EA should have put an option to randomize the strength for each position because every year the draft is different some years there are a bunch of topnteir qbs others not so much and so forth so if you wanted to be close as possible to real life every draft class eash strength should change and if they had a randomizer it would keep us from having to change it every draft class. But i do like your setting

I thought about using a random number generator for each position each year with 1 for very weak and 5 for very strong and just randomize 1-5 for each position and see how that works

@@Bensie22 That could be fun. I would probably do it 1-3, weak to strong personally, as very weak and very strong are both pretty dang extreme. At least for certain positions. But doing 1-5 would get some crazy draft classes, which certainly make franchise interesting.

Yea I actually just got an idea to lessen the chance of very strong and very weak I can do 1-100 with 1-10Very weak 11-30 weak 31-70 normal 71-90 strong 91-100 very strong But yeah it's going to be some interesting drafts lol

Thank you for this video! My friends and I have a franchise and we are going into second year after we used a pre determined draft class for 2024. However, for 2025 we are doing auto generated and my friend put the slider at very strong. I’m kinda concerned it will break our franchise and I also think I’m gonna be trading lots of my players for draft picks 😂

Yeah very strong will play a massive impact on franchise for sure. XP sliders also play a role.

@@fiendfranchise a lot of the research reflects similar results that I’ve seen from playing a lot of franchise in madden 23. Defensive ends were so hard to find at pro bowl levels with good size speed and strength combos. Corners were very easy to Spot and develop. Middle linebackers were always better to draft than outside ones because they always had higher chance for 90 speed. The best I got was 93 speed middle linebackers. I do think in my franchises I will juice up the quarterbacks because I think that whether it’s a user league with many ppl or a solo experience.... the league is better when everyone has at least a super star qb. It’s not realistic but franchises get very boring when you have a 99 overall unicorn at qb and you’re playing against low 80s quarterbacks at normal or star development. Even on all madden your team gets so good that you win by 50 points. If you want a challenge I feel it’s funner when every team you play has a superstar QB and ever user has a somewhat level playing field Under center. I just think that if you’re in a competitive league with a lot of people it’s healthy for the league if the worst teams in the league know for sure that they have a chance to turn their team around almost automatically with an elite signal Caller in the draft

@@DrRobGilles Yeah Quarterback is a tougher one to choose the strength for me. I see value in having it both ways. I might make it weak until I draft one then go strong to make it easier for the CPU to get a good one.

when you first load up a draft in week 1, you can press in on your left stick (you have to be in the prospects screen), and it will give you the option to edit your draft class, or upload a custom draft class made by someone else on your platform.

Are you talking like the custom 2024 and 2025 classes? I don’t think this will affect custom classes, only auto generates ones. If you set it up prior to week 1 of the season it will work for that season
