Minecraft needs to do something about the mob spawning, there are so many add ons that are amazing but end up unused because of how annoyingly overwhelming the spawns get. Many just become unplayable.

I played t e ice and fire addon and the Dragons were rare. If you didnt find a Big cave you wouldn't get an egg to tame. I like that addon better because the wild dragons actually attack you. And to get an egg you need to kill a lvl 5 dragon

In case anyone was wondering, the reason there is a black dragon in the "Taming Dragons" section that isn't present any where else is because its a rare version of the fire dragon! There is also a rare crystal dragon, which is white and gold, and a rare thunder dragon, which is black and cyan, the fire dragon is black with dark-light red faded wings. Hope this helps!

@@i3eaniie602 Each egg has a 5% chance to spawn as a rare "Shiny" dragon, so on average, every 20 eggs is shiny unless you get lucky.

Awesome add-on. A few nit-picks. The trader spawns way too often, I would like them to decrease the spawn rate and also have him have only one dragon on a leash. These baby dragons sometimes give about the same amount of scales as adult dragons when killed, I often find myself killing them for resources since they're so exploitable and easy to kill. The trader itself and his trades are great but I would suggest making the guide book cost 1 wheat for easier access. Finally nests should be craftable. I didn't find the block in the creative Inventory nor in the crafting table as a recipe so I would like to see them added as a block you can make.

Traders spawning frequently is a serious situation in many add-ons like furniture, more ores and tools, farming etc. I hope they fix it soon.

@@govyem Yep. It kinda destroys the great immersion the Devs introduced with the way the dragon's spawn mechanics work. I've been playing this add-on together with RealismCraft and Magic Spells and it's been a great fantasy adventure all around.

@@govyem it's really good in my opinion. It feels balanced. Unfortunately you can't attack other players with the spells. And yes I think it's the one from the Marketplace pass.

And yes, the plan is to add new Dragons in future updates! :D A small thing I noticed when you opened the interaction menu - Once the Dragon is sitting, only a right click is needed again to interact with the menu! So you don't have to crouch everytime you would like to use the menu :)

I actually went ahead and got a copy of the addon. Pretty good, I would have one request; a way to somehow poke-ball the dragons. I have an addon that kind of works but not with this addon. I'm a bit of a pop between locations and go where the dragons can't reach. I mostly don't want to lose track of my dragons. That the possible use of a carrot on a stick.

One Question I have is that I noticed the dragons come in several colors. Like the fire dragon also coming in black and red. How do you get these different colors, they’re always the default ones when hatched?

Hi ecko I highly suggest that you give advice to this addon creator to do specific biome and block spawning and lower the spawn rate into decimals. this is actually solvable with few minor tweeks.

This is good but I really don't like how often they are spawning. I also don't like how they can spawn in your area, they should only be able to spawn out of your render distance and should not be able to spawn in the same area for atleast 2 hours in my opinion. I want having a dragon to be impactful. It would also be alot better if the spawn rate was heavily reduced in all areas but slightly increased on top of mountains

it would be cool if there was more diffrence, like maybe the big blue dragon gets more hp and storage on him but is slower, the red one being a pretty well rounded but really got at dealing damage, and the purple one good for gathering stuff, and moving fast with lower hp and damage

The fast travel on the dragons are bugged, I used one the other day and once I’d fast travelled a few thousand blocks from my base and when I went to go back home, the fast travel points had vanished leaving me lost

The nonstop spawning of marketplace add on mobs has been one of my biggest issues with them. I consider it a “non-vanilla/not survival friendly add on” when it does that. Glad I’m not the only bedrock player who takes issue with it.

Learned something new the hard way: If a dragon shoots you while you're sleeping, it will one shot you and blow up the bed(even if the bed is nowhere near it's egg)

This add-on looks AWESOME. One thing I have to know though is: Does it work in any world? A lot of add-ons ive seen have a set world that you have to use for the custom mobs to spawn and Im hoping it isnt the same with this one since I have so many cool ideas for worlds with dragons, but itd be a shame if I have to use a specific one at all times. If anyone has this add-on and knows the answer, please tell me!

Update: I found it, started playing with a friend and it was awesome! First world we made was a creative one, to test out the dragons and learn about the mod, the second is a survival one, we spawned in a mountain biome and already have a dragon egg!

Ngl I’m kinda waiting for the next (Minecraft) update (so addons can do even more) or REALLY good & UNIQUE addons like these to buy them, because as time goes on, better and better addons will be created and the ones you brought before would now have been a waste of money Like security addons, one day you have the best one, the other you’ll have the third best, it has to really stand off and be unique for me to buy it, and I think this one could do it Great example: Tinkers, it’s worth your money because it’s unlikely there will be a tinkers 2 tomorrow

There is a free add on to in bedrock there is a dragon for all biomes you can tame them with their fav meal and with a scizor and get their scale you crack eggs with interacting tho that the bad place

I love this addon, but the dragon armour is too easy to get for how strong it is. You can trade 2 emeralds for 5 dragon scales and make a full set of dragon armour for 12 emeralds and its stronger then netherite and not only that if you only equip the chest, legs and helmet you still have max armour and the dragon trader arent even rare spawns (i know that they cant fix the spawns cause of mojang) they should aleast increase the emeralds price for dragon scales or a armor piece or make the dragon armour weaker like between iron and diamond but other then that its an amazing addon. 👍

Fighting the dragons without your own dragon is much easier then with your dragons.. somehow. The blast attack needs to be faster and more damaging, and you should be able to use melee attacks on top of your dragon. The dragon breath does a lot of damage to your dragon, if you have a crystal dragon, don’t fight. Crystal dragons only have 100hp. Unless you’re really good with the dragon fights and have dragon armor, don’t recommend fighting.

Dragon Mobs is better..more dragons some can fly but they have awesome abilities and the armor I can craft from the scales too and they are waaaaaay bigger But being able to customize the dragon is dope so I do still give this one credit

Wait, major concern here… Am I expected to carry all of those different types of feed in order to tame a dragon in the wild? So let’s say I’m out adventuring, I’m expected to carry raw chicken, iron ingots, copper, apples, diamonds and all the other possible dragon foods, in case I find an egg I want to tame?

It is impossible to add-on makers to apply custom structures generation. They can only add mobs and items.
