That's the "bossing info" plugin. Basically it helps me keep track of how many kills I get per hour at each boss (because I get that questions asked alot in my twitch livestreams) and instead of keeping track of it myself it does it for me. If I log out of the game, it will "pause" the session/timer, and when I log back in and kill a boss it will "resume" the session and continue to count boss kills per hour
