Great ideas here. I’m going back to a dumb phone this summer. Employers just won’t stop putting me into 5-7 WhatsApp groups and expecting my constant communications 24/7. And everyone and a brother are trying to get connected to me on countless apps and I just don’t have time or social patience for it anymore. I’m 44 now and I’m going back to the 80s and 90s - enough is enough for one lifetime already 😑
