I've made a video on every Resident Evil since RE7, so I couldn't miss making one for favourite in the series. There's also some cool secrets to find in there too, so I wanted to show you some of them!

I think 5 and 6 realistically don't need a remake, but why did they remaster 1 and then not remake it yet? But they remade 3? If anything I really wish they'd remake a spinoff game like Code Veronica or Zero.

If they were going to remake anything it'd probably be in sequential order and go 5 remake next, but who knows they might throw a wrench into that order and remake something like Code Veronica maybe. All I know is I'm not looking forward to Water World when they add Mercenaries to this

I think they will remake code veronica or 1. I hope they remake 1 because in castle part of the re4 remake it gave me spencer mansion vibes and i realized that i missed resident evil 1 so much.

I think the next remake is going to be the remake of resident evil 1, why? Well, because in the mayor's house, the stairs with the paintings look a lot like one of the rooms in the mansion that has the stairs and a safe room, why do I suppose that? well when the village comes out they gave many references to resident evil 4

I think the following remakes could be Resident Evil 1, code veronica, zero I think it's unlikely, and if Capcom wants a multiplayer remake of Resident Evil Outbreak that's a good multiplayer game and if what they want is monetize it to the maximum you can put 1000 skins on the characters in resident evil 3 on a police radio Kevin Ryman is heard saying that they are trapped in a bar with other people that

In the original there are some Armors that will randomly try to slash at you. In the remake they don’t, and when you walk along one of those corridors with Ashley, she says: “you thought they would be moving?” Made me laugh because that’s exactly what I was thinking at that moment 😅

00:34 the remake “giant fish coming out of the water” easter egg is not as scary as the original, because in the remake a short cutscene is simply played. However, in the original the camera doesn’t cut and you can actually see the fish suddenly coming out and swallowing the character.

NG+ runs are not exactly the pinnacle of RE speedruns. Also, NG+ will just use infinite RPG to trigger the bell faster than you can hit the bell.

The only significant one they didn't add was the secret cutscene with Luis. You could shoot him a bunch when you're in the building with him killing zombies, and it triggers a secret death cutscene where he shoots you. I wasted all my ammo trying to do it in the remake.

Bonus Easter Egg: After you beat the game, the background of the main menu changes to the one from the original RE4. 2nd Bonus Easter Egg: Just before Ada gets on the helicopter, Leon says "I think we both know this, is where we go our Separate Ways." This is referring to Ada's DLC. 3rd Bonus Easter Egg: The Clockwork Castillans you destroy in the remake are a referrence to the giant Salazar platform/robot thing from the original RE4.

In a room when Salazar for the first time starts communicating with you through megaphone, you can shoot it to end the conversation early. Like in OG, when Leon shoots the bell after surviving the spike fall and Salazar heard the gunshot so loud he got so angry.

For the throne room, I noticed several chickens walking around the chair. It took me a few minutes to discover that you need them to lay an egg so that you can toss it at Salazar’s painting to complete a side task.

There's a golden egg in the same room inside the puzzle cube chest so you don't have to wait around as long as you have the key item for that

i've also seen people throw an egg at salazar as soon as the fight starts, to stun him, then unload with your best weapon. kill him quick like. works for speed runs.

I got you another one, Guru In the chapter when you play as Ashley, there's a part which you are in a corridor and suddenly the head of a deer that was on the walls falls and shakes before a rat comes out of it, that's a cute reference to Resident Evil 3.5 And since ashley is holding a blue flame lamp, makes quite a screen like in the gameplay of the beta.

you missed an assassins creed easteregg.. when you first visit the throne room leon get tossed in that cave.. there is a body in that cave looking like an assassins creed assassin and leon says something like "so much for sticking the landing"

Another Easter egg is after the DEL Lago fight if you return to Lakeside Settlement you’ll find a door that you’ll have to use the Insignia Key on (if you still have it) go through the door through the tunnel and you come across a expanded map treasure then a ladder. Go up the ladder and you’ll find the Girl that was sacrificed by the cult in the beginning cutscene of the game.

Capcom keep taking Ws in a row for making these remakes, i was worried when i watched the trailer reveal for the first time that the vibe is too serious, gloomy and all that, but i'm glad they keep the goofyness nature especially Leon's humor "where's everyone going? yeah he doesn’t have the same one-liners but any notion that he’s less of a goof is not true, he’s full of new lines they just sound more natural while still making him perfectly fit his characterization of “guy who IS very cool, but then tries to SOUND cool, which makes him dorkier than if he’d just done the cool thing” and it’s great, plus his one liner at the end when he kills saddler is amazing, it’s such a dumb pun/dad joke but because the characterization of Leon is so good, it made me jump up and shout “HELL yeah!”, grinning ear to ear just thinking about it

Guys, it's not a jumpscare because you already know. I watched another guy playing a few days ago and he activated the scene to check and was happy to see it. The second time around, he was shooting one of the blue medallions near the pier and he missed the shots and actually got jumpscared because he was not shooting the water so he didn't expect it. Same guy, two moments, different reactions. I'm not mad at you, just explaining that it's not that bad as you believe.

The Regenerators are also a reference to Killer7 because they're lack of characteristics aside from being shaped like people and they're weak points are invisible to the naked eye. Another reference the game made about Killer7 that was in the original is that if you equip the Handcannon, Leon will make a Dan Smith pose on the pause menu.

There's a file you can find in Salazar throne room that mentions the 2nd Verdugo is named U3 and has been dispatched after Ada. Idk if they officially confirmed it but theres definitely gonna be dlc for Ada's adventure and I'm sure you'll fight it there.

You've probably already heard this one, but it's been discovered that throwing Golden Chicken Eggs at Salazar will do a ludicrous amount of damage - something like 70% of his health for each one. This might have been teased by a side quest where you're asked to deface a portrait of Salazar by throwing an egg at it (and conveniently, there are chickens running around that area).
