If you can parry mages easily, go physical resistance. I have 550 hp reinforced armor with 50 physical and 33 posture. I've been using a build with 600+ hp for some time but its just not that good as 50 phys one (in ganks) but i never seen anyone going goofy ahh elemental

Legendary hp pips are trash they give 1 more hp compared to rare, while legendary phys gives DOUBLE the amount of phys. You should just go all rare hp pips and then phys on legendary
