Thanks for such a comprehensive video, Trish. I have to say, as a very petite woman (I’m 5ft 2” and size 6/8) I’m not keen on the oversize fashion. I do love trench coats and I’ve had one for years. I’m glad that it’s such a classic that it never goes out of style 😊

Yes I totally agree-it’s easy for us petites to be swamped by ‘oversized’ silhouettes. I’d never wear an oversized blazer without rolling up the sleeves, for example. Thanks for watching!

Tailored styles definitely take an outfit to the next level. I love the long trench coats and happen to be lucky enough to have thrifted a couple of them over the past few years. I love long lines, whether a dress, skirt, cardigan, or coat as they present an elegant silhouette. I also love cropped jackets and have several that I enjoy styling. I like the statement earrings, but have to be selective as the weight of many are a bit uncomfortable and can cause distortions to your earlobe. I have a few really awesome ones in my collection, but don’t tend to wear them as I can feel them really pulling on my earlobe and definitely don’t need another body part sagging at this age!
