The Best/Favorite Build: Dragon Age Inquisition

Hello everyone, today i bring another community event of finding the best/favorite build from every build i have made. I will then be reworking, testing and making a brand new video for that build. Any of my builds can be chosen from the beginning of time to new such as the best assassin rogue build a build where it shows the essence of what an assassin rogue is, huge burst, stealthy and striking from the shadows, but vulnerable if you slip up.

Two Handed Champion. "Counterstrike" as the Focus ability...upgrade "Walking Fortress" with Focused Defense for repeated use. "Whirlwind" + "Flow of Battle" + "Counterstrike" + "Focused Defense" = You are a wrecking ball that knocks everything on their rears.

Personally, I really like your duel wield sabotage artificer build. It's the build that really got me back into this game. I actually stopped playing this game a while back (before the descent and trespasser dlc were released). Then I started to really want to play the game agian, so i picked up the dlcs I was missing and began playing again. I noticed everything changed quite a bit, so I started looking for build videos and found your video. I really liked how well the video was put together so I gave duel wield artificer a go on my new playthrough and it was one of the most fun times i had playing this game. And ever since then, I've played this game many times, trying to learn as much as possible. So yeah, duel wield artificer for me :)

Well In my solo nightmare play through which I made for a challenge I've gone rift mage which the high level you are the more OP but if you just don't want to die and kinda make it easy KE is the way. build gear and accessories around barrier and you'll do just fine :D I stream the solo nightmare time to time and will be streaming more. I always say on twitter when i'm streaming so u can follow if u want to know when to tune in for some solo nightmare. Also one quick thing if you solo want to be OP mage isn't the best choice xD but Mage is the best anyway, mage for life haha

It's funny how after all those years there's still no video on KZbin with the best in slot KE build. Makes me sad I can't do it myself. To say this build is OP is an understatement (it's OVERKILL). Glad you love the vids, and i'll do my best to keep up the work. My favourite class is Mage. Mainly cause every dragon age I have done my first playthough as a mage every single time. I love the idea of magic and the amount of cc you can put out. The mage of this dragon age is also the weakest and therefore brings a great challenge which I always like the face. One quick note however mage is my favourite on this game on other games is changes such as on WoW I main a rogue, but for dragon age Mage is my favourite.

From your builds I personally love the infinite mana rift mage, although I'm biased since I don't want to give a damn about mana running out.

StarFlorge although my favorite variation of rift mage is with the triple ice and fire mines because it's just SOOOO good. What I do: pull>maker>fire>frost>stonefist>everything dead. Sorry for the rant, just had to share my thoughts ;)

Hope you use the mine combo to keep them in the air frozen whilst on fire, it's an amazing combo when pulled off. And no worries always like to hear how ppl use/adapts my builds or just share their own :D

I've actually been looking to create a powerful 2h warrior solo build and thinking champ or templar would be ideal, but I haven't been able to create quite the AE wrecking ball that I'm looking for. I'm not sure the build that I have in mind actually has been showcased yet, but something in that area would be my vote.

I agree, I think a 2h champ build with high damage would be a blast to play, but it always feels that the damage is lacking so much even fully geared for crit and wearing medium armor.

Genuine question: Is artificer bow throw blades better than tempest bow throw blades? I've played quite a lot with artifice, but it has never even crossed my mind to go to throw blades (with a bow artificer) when i can just leaping shot / elemental mine spam. Also, what makes tempest throw blades so strong is that you can cast so many back to back to stack the damage bonus from the upgrade skill. I imagine with artificer will have to use moves in between thrown blades to reset it's cooldown, so wouldn't that lower it's total damage a lot compared to flask of fire with tempest?

They are both op in the right situation. The flask of fire throwing blades i feel is stronger in most situations, the artificer just allows for more long fight sustain. The flask of fire is an all in risk compared. So they are both op but if you're just taking straight burst damage in fights tempest wins of course.

I did just start to play this game and still don't even know which class to pick :S . I did went for archer tempest since it look like op but I think they did have fix it.

Ouh OK. For some reason I did not get that Flask of Fire and Thousand Cuts combo to work. It always take my focus away but I guess need to keep trying.

If you have mods that can bug it out. Tbh haven't tried the Thousand cuts combo, i was talking about the throwing blades stacking damage with flask of fire :D they may have patched the thousand cuts one. Keep testing it for a while though.

Sorry I must have been confuse it with some other channels video then. Anyway there was something like if you use Flask of Fire it wont use focus do you could use it almost all the time. I keep testing and try to find class what I enjoy. Thanks :)

I am a bit but then again different ppl will work on dragon age than mass effect. For now I think DA:4 will be great but only when footage and more proper info comes out can I say if it's good or not. I'm going to base assumptions on how good DA:I was and the articles made on DA:4

the artificer was OP indeed but a little buggy for me... sometimes sending me miles away from where the fight is when i use leaping shot in combination with the elemental mines blowing off
