Hi mate, I just found your channel and love your videos. I have a question: I have been going to the gym for about 6 years and have seen progress but it is incredibly slow. I am 18, still at college but I really want to learn - in depth - about how to train better, ive had enough of watching others at the gym and watching the odd KZbin video. Do you recommend anything? And would one of these programmes help?
@LiftingExplained2 жыл бұрын
One of these programs could be helpful. I also definitely recommend checking out Renaissance Periodization and Jeff Nippard here on KZbin, you'll learn a ton from them.

Hey man, great video. Question, does RP’s Fitness Templates include nutrition/diet?? That’s what I struggle with most. Intermediate lifer. Been lifting consistently for 7 years.
@LiftingExplained2 жыл бұрын
It isn't included in this, but they do have a separate book and app that would be helpful.
@JorgeGD1919902 жыл бұрын
Thanks for responding. Is the separate book the “Simple Diet Templates”? What is the app called?

Do u have the program?
@JorgeGD191990 Жыл бұрын
@@MiguelRodriguez-ed1bv I got the Male Physique Template several months ago and did the program while using the RP diet app simultaneously. I was able to lose 16 pounds on it. Very happy with the app and program. Would absolutely recommend the app to anyone and everyone. Extremely useful! The weightlifting program is GREAT also, and I saw great progress on it as well! But it is a tough program; some workouts, on the intense weeks, took my three hours to complete. Not for the faint of heart. But an awesome program nonetheless. I'm currently on my maintenance diet phase, still using the RP diet app. Planning to go back to weight loss mode (using RP diet app) next month, to lose another 15-16 pounds. Also planning on doing another round of the Male Physique program concurrently next month.

Hey Joe, I really like your videos and I want your opinion on something please. I am in year 12 and and this year I have 2 goals, 1 is to begin building muscle and strength and for that I have bought Jeff Nippards fundamentals of hypertrophy program, the second goal of mine is to be able to dunk, so what I have planned is to complete the fundamentals of hypertrophy program once or twice and then move on to enkiri elite fitness' vertical jump program. Can you please review enkiri elite fitness' vertical jump program and also tell me if this is a good plan or not.

Since Jeff Nippard doesn't have the diet included in his hypertrophy program, excluding RP diet app what program/app you suggest and would it go well with the hypertrophy program?

I have been an experienced lifter for 9 years and played college sports, but I haven't lifted much in about 2 years. Mostly just cardio. I'm interested in Nippard's push pull legs program, but I'm not sure if I should do the beginner hypertrophy since I haven't lifted intensely in awhile. Which do you recommend?
@LiftingExplained2 жыл бұрын
You can always start off with the beginner program and then if you feel you made good progress then jump to the push pull legs. Won't hurt to start that way.

Excellent video, thank's for that 🙏i bought jeff fundamentals of hypertrophy yesterday after watching you video and (I should have asked that before lmao, but anyway i'll be using it whatever your reply will be !) I was wondering if he would really be a good program for me considering that i mainly want to focus on hypertrophy and not so much on strenght. Jeff himselft said "the primary goal of The F P is to establish a solid strength base with specifically selected foundational exercises." So at the end of the day i'm quite confused, i you can help me huge thank's 🙏

u think i can run renaissance periodization male physiue template after 8 months of training?
@justincollins28042 жыл бұрын
You could, but it wouldn’t benefit you as much as a novice oriented program. Novices progress faster than anyone and novice programming takes advantage of that. Given that the RP Physique Templates are designed for intermediate/advanced lifters, not only will progress likely be slower than you would benefit from, but volume may be higher than you can recover from.
