This sounds like extreme gastritis. Please see a doctor to get medication. It can get worse can become stomach ulcers. I struggle with gastritis so that pain sounds familiar. May Allah grant you shifaa. Avoid acid foods like tomatoes, spicy foods, spices, oily foods, fatty foods like eggs, meat, avocados ect… sugar. Drink anti inflammatory things like tumeric, manuca honey , anything anti inflammatory. Also once the pain gets better for a few days consider starting apple cider vinegar with water to get some good bacteria in your stomach.

In Sha Allah *THE BEST DUA'A TO SEEK FORGIVENESS & GUARANTEED JANNAH* 💯💕 (Sayyid Ul Istigfaar) Prophet Muhammed SAWS said whoever says this Dua'a once in the morning and die before evening *S/he is GUARANTEED JANNAH* and whoever says this Dua'a once in the evening sincerely and dies before Morning *S/he is GUARANTEED JANNAH* Please make it a habit to recite everyday, once in the morning and once in the evening *Reference : Sahih al-Bukhari 6306* The Dua'a اَللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ رَبِّي, لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ, خَلَقْتَنِي, وَأَنَا عَبْدُكَ, وَأَنَا عَلَى عَهْدِكَ وَوَعْدِكَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُ،, أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا صَنَعْتُ, أَبُوءُ لَكَ بِنِعْمَتِكَ عَلَيَّ, وَأَبُوءُ لَكَ بِذَنْبِي, فَاغْفِرْ لِي; فَإِنَّهُ لَا يَغْفِرُ اَلذُّنُوبَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ Allahumma, Anta Rabbi, la ilaha illa anta, khalaqtani wa ana 'abduka, wa ana 'ala 'ahdika wa wa'dika mastata'tu, a'udhu bika min sharri ma sana'tu, abuw'u laka bidhanbi, wa abuw'u laka bini'matika 'alayya faghfirli, fa innahu la yaghfirudh-dhunuba illa anta Meaning “O Allah! You are my Lord. None has the right to be worshipped except You. You created me and I am your servant and I abide by your covenant and promise as best I can. I seek refuge in you from the evil, which I have committed. I acknowledge your favor upon me and I acknowledge my sins, so forgive me, for verily none can forgive sin except you.” There are some conditions for repentance which we need to follow 1. Admit our mistake / sin to Allah SWT 2. Regret the sin we committed 3. Seek Allah's forgiveness and repent sincerely back to him (saying this Dua'a) 4.
