My favorite is Mont Blanc Explorer layered with Lataffa Rave Now. I feel like Explorer is more woody and smoky from opening through dry down while Lattaffa Rave Now is a Pineapple bomb that keeps that pineapple through dry down. Combine the two and you get an intense vesion of Aventus for around $60 (Rave Now is around $20 for 100 ml). Rave Now also is a fun scent on its own for good summer days or parties.

Subscriber here. I'm deciding on the Valentino uomo, or the intense. I just bought dior homme intense and was disappointed with the lipsticky scent, even though the reviews said, but i thought it would be similar to prada lhomme intense. But i have a question. Do you know why some fragrances have a best buy date? Do they spoil? Or have to be all refridgerated? Thanks, just curious. And enjoyed as always.

My limit is $25, absolute max would be $50/ bottle. I can afford it. But, I don't want to. So, I have never had a chance or desire to smell any expensive stinks. Since I am an old guy, I can impose my rules and it's nobody's business what I purchase. I will not pay for celebrity names. soccer players, EU car manufacturers, Italian or French sounding manufacturers, or designer names I cannot imagine paying for anything more than $50 for single piece what goes on me - shirt, watch, shoes...
