Very true. I have managed to catch fish in different waterways using a combination of these 3 lures. The ZXs have been really good for Yellowbelly regardless of waterways! But yes. Different lures/presentations for different lakes.

What's with the pink floaty looking thing at the front of the zx? Also if there a reason you tie the large clip on and then clip it to the smaller clip that comes with the zx?

It’s a UV bead. I do it more for convenience than anything else.

@@AmandaRossAdventures ok. Id never seen one being used. Only ever tie to the smaller clip supplied. But am always looking for something new so the uv bead might have to be bought. I've started tying my own stingers for my zx blades. I've had an issue with the stingers on them coming free from the knot. Don't know why. Should try shaking Jackall Transams for yellows. On nice rocky or flat banks. Works well this time of year.

@@bjhead435 it changes the movement a touch as it’s pulling from a different angle. But I’m not sure it’s to much of a difference. I’m using a green UV bead atm. Ooo I’ll have a look at them. Give them a try next time we go out. Thanks for the recommendation.

Trannies have been pretty successful here for us last few years. Just have to work on your shake while winding. And then pausing to let it hit the bottom.
