In the beginning I couldn't understand why you would purposely break the yolk. I never did and was always so careful not to, but I can see why now. You get more of the yolk through the whole sandwich, I like that. I can't find that seasoning in ny area, so I'll use my go to Lawrys seasoning with the black pepper. I may use my Tony's original to give it a little pepper zip. I'll be making this in a few minutes for my 9pm snack. Like always, thanks for all your videos. Makes me a better cook, and I sure like feeding my face.

Dude this is amazing. I think you're my spirit animal as far as Fried egg sandwich goes.I'd like to leave it on one side or the bottom gets really brown and crusty. Flip it over for about 10 seconds and then flip it back over. I do mine with a little bit of salt and a lot of black pepper. Great job.

Well my friend, my son didn't want the same old fried egg sandwich I always make, so I looked up gourmet egg sandwiches on KZbin. You came up and I watched your vid. I replicated it and served it up to him. He hemmed and hawwed for 10 seconds, my pulse going fast and he absolutely loved it with 2 thumbs up. Made one for him and me. I’ve been making fried egg sandwiches for about 20 yrs my kids love my version very similar but a lil different! After you bust the yolk and flip…split the eggs in 2! lay a slice of Kraft deluxe cheese on top of one & stack the eggs … I toast my bread and put mayo and ketchup on the bread not a lot you could add bacon if you want but the fried egg and cheese Is fire all by itself

I HAD to chime in on this one because breakfast 🍳 is my favorite meal of the day. But this is truly THE BEST FRIED EGG 🍳 SANDWICH 🥪 in the world because it can be cooked and eaten for breakfast 🍳 lunch and dinner 🍽 I’m gonna try this ASAP! 👍🏾🙏🏾😋🥪🍽

You want the best breakfast sandwich sauce ever invented? Do this, mix mayonnaise, SMOKED cream cheese, lime juice, a bit of sugar, mix that all up and set it aside, now in a skillet, melt some butter, add some garlic infused olive oil, add FRESH DILL, a sprig of rosemary, a pinch of sage, cracked black pepper, onion powder and REAL bacon bits. Let it all rest in the simmering melted butter and olive oil for a bit on low, then strain the melted butter and olive oil and add it to the other mix... Real chefs don't need exact amounts, temps or times...figure it out.

if you dont have smoked cream cheese, get some smoke flavoring, and if you cant get fresh dill, use some dill pickle brine...
