drop down to 16gb of ram and get a 5600 instead and then you will get around 400-500 in creative and with the 5500 32gb of ram like 300-400 fps

Its almost no difference but the 5600X is a slightly better pair for the 4060, if you plan on upgrading, I recommend upgrading to a ryzen 7 78X3D, never upgrade to a slightly better CPU that barely makes a difference, hope that helps.
